CANCELLATION POLICY

🚫 No Refunds No refunds on any deposits , services or hair extensions. 👶 No Kids or Extra Guests No children or extra guests allowed in the salon suite. Only the person receiving the service is permitted inside the building. ⏰ Late Appointments If you arrive late, processing time, blow-drying, or styling may be skipped to stay on schedule. You will still be charged the full service price. 📅 Online Booking Only All bookings, cancellations, and reschedules must be made online. ❌ No-Show Policy cancellations & reschedules No-call/no-show appointments will result in a 100% fee of the value of the missed appointment before rebooking an appointment.
